David Stoniecki, PE leads Foresite Group's Land Development Practice Area in Peachtree Corners, Georgia and overseeing our team in Tampa, Florida. He is a proud graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he received a B.S. in Civil Engineering. David has spent the majority of his career specializing in the private sector, including both large-scale and small-scale retail developments, mixed-use and multi-family developments, and a variety of commercial projects. David brings to the firm a client-oriented perspective to the engineering and design process and finds creative solutions to difficult sites. He is a licensed civil engineer in Georgia, a GSWCC Level II Design Professional, and an NCEES Registered Professional.

Fun Fact: David lives in historic Norcross, GA, with his wife Emily, son Jacob, and lab Maverick.  You may also see him riding around town on his Triumph motorcycle.
