Once the specific dealership was selected, Foresite Group provided site planning, construction documents, stormwater management design, road improvement plans, landscape plans, permitting, bid phase services, and construction administration. A discrepancy between the County’s stream buffer maps and the actual location of state waters requiring a buffer was suspected, and Foresite Group completed a State Waters and Wetland Evaluation on the property and then coordinated with the Environmental Engineering consultant on wetland delineation and USACE permitting.
