SCOPE

This 20.3-acre development included the renovation, expansion and conversion of the existing 25,900sf Terrell County Probation Center into a 69,000sf Regional Youth Detention Center with associated driveways, parking field, loading areas, athletic fields, utilities, and landscaping. A 1,450sf medical wing and 15,000sf gymnasium and vocational wing were added, as well as a new 26,4000sf housing facility. Foresite Group provided a due diligence investigation, boundary and topographic survey, schematic design, design development, construction documents, stormwater management design, and a landscape plan for this estimated $11,100,000 project.
