Foresite Group provided civil engineering and traffic engineering services for the new Farmville Lakes townhome development in Auburn, Alabama. This project sits on 14 acres and includes 87 units. A traffic study was performed and roadway improvements designed to allow for a new right in/right out driveway entrance on Highway 280. Foresite Group also provided a master development plan for the project to aid in PDD approval with the City of Auburn Planning Commission and City Council.
