Woodward Oaks is a new 231-acre single-family residential subdivision in Auburn, Alabama, with approximately 517 residential units. Foresite Group initially provided a master plan for the development, followed by Phase I permitting, preliminary design, traffic impact study, and a water and sewer master plan. Phase II of the design centered on design services for 72 townhome lots, including construction documents and a landscape plan. Phase III completed the design of single-family lots within a new local street, as well as the relocation of an adjacent road.
