The Hyatt House redevelopment features a 96,824sf, four-story climate-controlled storage facility and over 4,000sf of retail space in downtown Auburn, Alabama. Foresite Group provided multiple conceptual master plan sketches to the Client to aid in evaluating uses of the property. Considerable coordination with Auburn City Council was required, and Foresite Group produced building elevation renderings to accompany submittals. Additional services included construction drawings, stormwater analysis, landscape plan, and construction phase services. After construction, Foresite Group provided NPDES construction site inspections as required by the Alabama Department of Environmental Management.
