SCOPE

Foresite Group worked with the City of Milton for the master plan and design for the 13.92-acre expansion and reconstruction of Bell Memorial Park, totaling 32.64 acres. The master plan included the addition of multi-use fields, baseball fields, a walking trail, picnic area, restrooms, concession stand, parking and other amenities. This project included a heavy public involvement process to determine the community’s needs. Special consideration was given for the layout of this park due to private residences connected to the property.
